30-day Hardware Limited Warrenty

All Refurbished Computers and Monitors sold by North Mississippi Computers (NMC) carries a 30-day Hardware Limited Warrenty covering refurbished hardware products against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 30-days commencing on the invoice date as shown on the original dated invoice. The warranty extends only to you, the original purchaser. It is not transferable to anyone who subsequently purchases the product from you. The warranty covers refurbished hardware only.

The warranty on all NMC Refurbished Computers is applicable to only component part failure, defect or malfunction, and DOES NOT COVER: (1) the cosmetic condition of new or refurbished merchandise; (2) damage due to external causes, including accident, abuse, misuse, problems with electrical power, servicing not authorized by NMC, usage not in accordance with product instructions, failure to perform required preventive maintenance, and problems caused by use of parts or components not supplied by NMC (3) loss of applications or data due to failed, defective or malfunctioning merchandise; (4) the performance of NMC merchandise with other merchandise purchased separately; (5) the physical or operating condition of Third Party products used in conjunction with equipment purchased from NMC; and (6) any problems caused by or products used in conjunction with the purchased merchandise.

This warranty does not cover any items that are in one or more of the following categories: software; external devices (except as specifically noted); accessories or parts added to Product after the Product is purchased from NMC; accessories or parts added to Product that are not installed by NMC. Keyboards and mice are included and covered under this warranty.

NMC will only repair or replace products covered under this limited warranty that are returned by you to the NMC facility. To request warranty service, you must call NMC at 662-327-1852 or bring all purchased merchandise under warrenty to NMC at 513 Suite 1, 18th Ave N, Columbus, MS 39705 within the warranty period.
